Une instruction est un document qui cherche à donner des informations sur la façon de faire quelque chose en particulier. Ces textes servent de guide à l'individu pour connaître la manière correcte d'effectuer une action ou pour être informé de quelque chose.
La plupart des instructions ont un guide écrit ou un texte avec les instructions, ainsi que quelques images associées (comme des diagrammes) qui pourraient aider l'individu à comprendre la question.
L'idée est que les instructions sont rédigées de manière non technique afin qu'elles puissent être comprises par le plus grand nombre de personnes.
Le niveau de terminologie technique et le niveau de contenu doivent être différents d'un guide expert, car les instructions doivent être destinées au citoyen ordinaire.
Pour cette raison, il est important de définir à qui s'adresse le guide; différents lecteurs auront des exigences différentes.
De plus, les instructions doivent avoir une structure qui comprend la couverture, l'introduction, le glossaire, la description générale et les instructions, entre autres éléments.
Comme son nom l'indique, les instructions sont des textes écrits pour aider les gens à comprendre comment utiliser un système.
Généralement, les instructions sont nécessaires lors de la mise en œuvre d'un système logiciel technologique, de l'assemblage de certains meubles ou des instructions d'utilisation d'un appareil électronique.
Les instructions doivent être le premier élément à lire lors de l'achat d'un nouveau produit.
En lisant le manuel d'instructions, de nombreux doutes peuvent être résolus sans avoir besoin de l'assistance technique ou du support du fabricant.
Principales caractéristiques de la notice

- Ils contiennent absolument toutes les instructions du produit, de toutes les manières possibles.
- Ils commencent par un guide d'utilisation rapide d'une page.
- Ils indiquent à l'utilisateur quelles sont les fonctions du produit et à quoi elles servent, pas seulement comment utiliser ces fonctions.
- Ils prennent en compte les besoins des utilisateurs handicapés (tels que la malvoyance ou le daltonisme) et fournissent des instructions alternatives à ces utilisateurs, telles que l'audio, le braille ou des caractères plus grands.
- Ils n'utilisent qu'une seule langue.
- Ils ont une utilisation efficace de la couleur.
- Ses pages sont numérotées et ont un index.
- Ils ont des photos ou des schémas qui aident à comprendre le produit et les instructions.
- Ils utilisent une police propre et lisible; cela signifie qu'ils n'utilisent pas de polices serif.
Structure
1. Introduction
Il contient toutes les informations essentielles permettant à l'utilisateur d'utiliser l'ensemble du système ou du produit. Cette partie devrait inclure une description des fonctions du système et de ses capacités, des contingences et des modes de fonctionnement alternatifs, des procédures et de l'utilisation étape par étape.
Si possible, utilisez des graphiques. Cette section fournit également une description de l'objectif du didacticiel, de son organisation et des références possibles.
2- Points de contact
Cette section identifie les codes d'organisation et d'équipe qui peuvent aider l'utilisateur. S'il existe une ligne d'assistance ou un service d'assistance, cela est décrit dans cette section.
3- Fonctions commerciales principales
Cette section inclut la perspective commerciale des principales responsabilités de l'utilisateur par rapport au produit ou au système.
4- Glossaire
Voici le glossaire des termes et abréviations utilisés dans les instructions. S'il est très long, plus de quelques pages, il est placé en annexe.
5- Capacités du système ou du produit
Cette partie fournit un bref résumé du système et des capacités du produit; son but doit être décrit.
L'idée est que l'utilisateur comprend les fonctions et les opérations du système, y compris les fonctions spécifiques de haut niveau. Des graphiques ou des tableaux doivent être inclus le cas échéant.
6- Description des fonctions
Chaque fonction spécifique du système est décrite. Les éléments suivants peuvent être inclus:
- Objectif et utilisation de la fonction. Des relations avec d'autres fonctions doivent également être ajoutées.
- Initialisation de la fonction, le cas échéant.
- Les options d'exécution associées à la fonction et leur description.
- Description des intrants attendus et de leurs résultats.
7- Préparation des fonctions d'entrée
Cette section comprend les entrées nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du système ou du produit.
8- Résultats
Les résultats attendus de chaque fonction doivent également être inclus. Ces résultats doivent inclure des graphiques, du texte et des tableaux qui peuvent aider l'utilisateur. En outre, des exemples sont également placés.
9- Mode d'emploi
La liste des processus liés au mode d'emploi est fournie ici. Par exemple, il doit contenir les procédures pour entrer dans le système, le cas échéant.
Cette procédure d'initialisation doit décrire comment définir le mode de fonctionnement requis et comment démarrer les paramètres nécessaires au fonctionnement.
10- Entretien

11- Erreurs

Sécurité
Avant d'utiliser les outils, lisez, comprenez et suivez les instructions de sécurité pour chacun d'eux. Si vous ne comprenez pas, contactez le fabricant.
Protégez vos yeux avec des lunettes de sécurité, vos oreilles avec un isolant et vos poumons avec un respirateur ou un masque.
Plan de construction
Découpez une planche de bois 2x4x8, quatre planches 1x3x1 et trois planches 5x3x2.
Assemblez la table selon le schéma et marquez les points de jonction aux coins avec un crayon. Ensuite, fixez les pièces avec un clou et un marteau.
Les rectangles représentent les variables observées; les variables de fonds sont représentées par x.
Les cercles représentent les variables latentes et les flèches dans les figures représentent les relations entre les variables.
Les caractéristiques spéciales comprennent:
1- Analyse individuelle ou de groupe.
2- Stratification, probabilités de sélection, poids répliqués et corrections de population finie.
3- Estimation maximale des types de résultats.
Diagrammer
Il peut être utilisé pour dessiner un diagramme d'entrée. Pour accéder à cette fonction, ouvrez le menu de création de diagrammes dans l'éditeur Mplus. Un ensemble d'outils de dessin est utilisé pour créer le diagramme.
Calculatrice LTA
Les probabilités conditionnelles sont calculées, y compris les probabilités de transition latentes pour différentes valeurs. Il peut être utilisé en choisissant la calculatrice LTA dans le menu Mplus de l'éditeur Mplus.
