La structure d'un entretien est constituée d'une série de questions cohérentes, disposées selon un ordre logique. Il déterminera la manière dont cela est réalisé et le type d'informations qui peuvent en être collectées.
Un entretien est une méthode qualitative de collecte d'informations tirées d'une conversation entre au moins deux personnes. L'entretien est considéré comme une conversation formelle, car il consiste en une structure et a un objectif défini. Cependant, il est parfois possible de trouver des entretiens gratuits, qui manquent de structure.
Pour qu'une entrevue structurée ait lieu, il est nécessaire qu'une personne interrogée et un intervieweur participent au minimum. Entre ces deux personnes, il doit y avoir un accord et une volonté pour la personne interrogée de répondre aux questions de l'intervieweur.
De même, l'enquêteur doit avoir une liste définie de questions qui lui permettent de guider la conversation et d'obtenir des informations de la personne interrogée.
Il est important de noter qu'il existe différents types d'entretiens. Pour cette raison, chacun d'entre eux aura une structure légèrement différente ou en manquera totalement.
Chaque structure a des avantages différents et des éléments positifs et négatifs. En ce sens, la structuration d'un entretien d'embauche n'est pas la même chose que celle qui sera menée avec un personnage de célébrité.
Structure générale d'un entretien
La plupart des entretiens structurés suivent l'ordre de base suivant:
1 - Introduction du sujet
L'enquêteur doit préparer deux ou trois paragraphes écrits détaillant le sujet de l'entretien.
Par la suite, vous devez mémoriser ces paragraphes afin de pouvoir présenter l'interview à voix haute et sans lecture. Cette présentation est connue sous le nom d'introduction au sujet, par conséquent, vous devez expliquer en quoi consiste le sujet central de l'entretien.
2 - Présentation de l'interviewé
Deuxièmement, l'enquêteur doit indiquer au public qui la personne doit être interviewée. Parfois, il suffit d'indiquer le nom complet et le poste de la personne interrogée.
Cependant, il est valable de fournir des données supplémentaires sur la personne interrogée afin que le public puisse comprendre qui est réellement la personne interrogée et à quels types de questions elle répondra.
3 - Corps de l'entretien
Cette partie consiste à mener l'entretien. L'enquêteur doit essayer de se souvenir de temps en temps du nom et du travail que la personne interrogée effectue.
En revanche, le corps de l'entretien contient toutes les questions posées à l'enquêté. Ces questions doivent être adressées directement à la personne interrogée sur un ton formel et en utilisant son propre nom.
4 - Clôture de l'entretien
Enfin, pour conclure une interview, la personne interrogée est remerciée pour sa participation et le public se voit rappeler de quoi il s'agissait et qui est l'interviewé.
À ce stade, des contributions importantes de l'entrevue qui méritent d'être rappelées au public peuvent être mentionnées.
Structure d'un entretien d'embauche
L'entretien d'embauche est un type d'entretien qui peut être mené individuellement ou en groupe. C'est l'un des types d'entretien structuré les plus courants, car il comporte une série de questions définies qui ont été planifiées à l'avance.
De cette manière, les mêmes questions sont toujours appliquées à tous les candidats.
Ce type d'entretien nécessite d'être structuré, car dans la plupart des cas, il est soumis à un système de points qui permet une sélection plus efficace des candidats.
L'unification des critères dans ce cas facilite le processus de sélection.
La structure d'un entretien d'embauche est généralement la suivante:
1. Introduction
Une salutation générale est faite et les participants se présentent brièvement. L'enquêteur informe tous les candidats de la structure et de la durée de l'entretien.
2 - Biographie et CV
Le candidat se présente plus profondément, parle de son CV et de lui-même. L'intervieweur est responsable de poser des questions liées à ce CV.
Certaines des questions les plus courantes portent sur les raisons pour lesquelles le candidat cherche un changement, a quitté son ancien lieu de travail, est actuellement au chômage et tout élément nécessitant des éclaircissements.
3 - Motivation
Le candidat doit indiquer pourquoi il souhaite travailler pour l'entreprise, en expliquant pourquoi il est intéressé par l'emploi. D'autre part, vous devez énumérer les types de tâches que vous aimez le plus et celles que vous aimez le moins faire.
Au cours de cette étape de l'entretien, le candidat doit indiquer pourquoi il souhaite quitter son emploi actuel et pourquoi il est le bon candidat pour le poste auquel il est postulé.
4 - Compétences professionnelles
L'enquêteur examine les compétences professionnelles du candidat, tandis que le candidat décrit son expérience de travail antérieure et tout ce qui le rend idéal pour le poste.
5 - Compétences sociales et personnelles
L'enquêteur doit vérifier si le candidat possède les compétences nécessaires pour le poste. Pour cela, il utilise des questions sur des situations spécifiques.
De cette manière, vous pouvez identifier les compétences sociales et les méthodologies de travail du candidat (sait travailler en équipe, peut travailler sous pression, a une approche innovante, se soucie du client, est créatif, comment il réagit aux situations de conflit, etc..).
6 - Présentation de l'offre d'emploi
L'enquêteur demande ce que la personne interrogée sait de l'entreprise. Une fois cette question répondue, l'enquêteur procède à une présentation détaillée de la culture d'entreprise de l'entreprise, de sa structure et du poste à pourvoir.
7 - Questions sur le salaire
L'enquêteur demandera quelle est l'aspiration salariale de la personne interrogée. Cela devrait donner un chiffre réaliste basé sur les taux de salaire locaux.
8 - Questions ouvertes
Un entretien structuré ne doit pas être un interrogatoire, mais un dialogue. Pour cette raison, la personne interrogée devrait également poser quelques questions à son intervieweur.
Ces questions peuvent concerner l'entreprise, la personne qui occupait auparavant le poste, les valeurs et la culture de l'organisation, entre autres.
9 - Échange d'informations
Les étapes à suivre après l'entretien sont discutées, dans le cours normal du processus de sélection.
10 - Conclusion
La personne interrogée est reconnaissante de l'opportunité de faire partie du processus de sélection et souligne son intérêt pour le poste et l'entreprise.
