Les éléments d'un rapport sont le titre, l'entrée (résumé, descriptif, contraste et / ou citations), le développement et la conclusion.
Le reportage est un écrit d'investigation, scientifique, explicatif, interprétatif, autobiographique ou formel, dans lequel une succession d'actualités d'intérêt général à but informatif est révélée.
En outre, ils cherchent à confronter diverses sources d'informations pour garantir la véracité des informations fournies.
Les rapports peuvent être développés par la presse écrite ou par des ressources audiovisuelles. En outre, ils incluent généralement l'opinion personnelle de l'auteur.
Comment un rapport est-il structuré?
Un rapport est essentiellement structuré en quatre sections distinctes: le titre, l'entrée, le développement ou le corps du rapport et la conclusion.
Chaque section a ses propres éléments qui distinguent le rapport des autres genres journalistiques tels que l'interview, la chronique ou l'actualité.
Gros titre
C'est la lettre d'accompagnement du rapport aux lecteurs. En quelques lignes seulement, le titre devrait être suffisamment accrocheur pour encourager la lecture de l'histoire.
Le titre se caractérise par être bref, il ne doit pas contenir plus de 10 mots. De la même manière que dans l'actualité, le titre peut être accompagné d'un prétitre et / ou d'un sous-titre.
Entrée
C'est le premier paragraphe du rapport, et sa fonction est de capter l'attention du lecteur, afin qu'il continue la lecture.
Pour cette raison, il est fortement recommandé qu'un contenu intéressant soit présent dans l'entrée qui semble attrayant du point de vue du lecteur.
Étant donné l'importance de cette section dans le rapport, les entrées peuvent avoir des approches différentes. Par conséquent, il existe différents types de billets, qui seront décrits ci-dessous:
- Entrée de type récapitulatif: il s'agit d'une liste détaillée dans laquelle sont exprimés les points qui seront traités dans le développement. Il peut être compris comme une sorte de table des matières du rapport.
- Saisie descriptive: explique en détail les aspects d'intérêt présentés dans le rapport, tels que la revue des lieux, des personnes, des situations ou des événements dont traite la rédaction.
- Saisie de contraste: donne de la force au rapport en comparant deux personnes, situations, décors ou objets différents, pour les différencier les uns des autres et impacter le lecteur.
- Entrée de citation: une citation textuelle est insérée, à condition que la citation ait été émise par certains des personnages impliqués ou soit un aspect qui renforce le thème principal.
Développement
Le développement ou le corps est constitué des idées principales du rapport, structuré par l'utilisation de connecteurs pour donner cohérence et continuité à l'écriture. Cette section doit être ponctuelle, courte et concise.
À son tour, l'élaboration du rapport peut être chronologique, par sujet, énigmatique, ou par le développement des éléments de l'enquête, c'est-à-dire des documents, des lieux et / ou des personnes impliquées dans l'affaire.
conclusion
Le dernier paragraphe ou la conclusion doit fermer la structure d'écriture. Pour cela, il est recommandé d'inclure un bref résumé des idées décrites dans le corps du rapport ou d'inclure les opinions personnelles de l'auteur.
