Les éléments de planification sont les instruments de diagnostic, les boucles de contrôle et les actions correctives.
La planification est comprise comme le processus de prise de décision à travers l'analyse de l'environnement, ayant une notion des ressources initialement disponibles et orientées vers des résultats spécifiques.
Ce processus est axé sur la réalisation d'objectifs préalablement déterminés, basés sur une stratégie. L'efficacité de ces manœuvres doit être constamment évaluée, pour les réorienter si nécessaire.
Pour cela, une série d'outils d'évaluation du contexte sont nécessaires, des boucles de rétroaction permettant de vérifier l'efficacité des tactiques mises en œuvre et, par conséquent, des actions correctives le cas échéant.
Quels sont les principaux éléments de la planification?
La clé de la planification est de prendre des décisions. L'évaluation de la faisabilité de diverses propositions est élémentaire, et c'est au planificateur de décider laquelle de ces alternatives est la meilleure.
Les éléments de planification sont ceux qui servent à vérifier que les résultats projetés sont obtenus lors de la formulation de la stratégie.
Instruments de diagnostic
Avant de définir la stratégie à utiliser, et donc d'esquisser le processus de planification associé à cette stratégie, une analyse approfondie de l'environnement doit être effectuée.
En étant familiers avec le contexte, les personnes en charge de l'exécution du plan et de la prise de décisions auront une meilleure et plus grande justification de leur idée.
Certains de ces outils de diagnostic sont:
- Prévisions: dans le domaine managérial, vous pouvez faire des projections de ventes, de trésorerie, de lancements de produits, de goûts des consommateurs, entre autres.
- Matrice SWOT: c'est un outil extrêmement utile qui vous permet d'évaluer vos forces et vos faiblesses d'un point de vue interne et externe.
Les lettres F et D font référence aux éléments internes de l'entité qui est en charge du processus de planification. F pour les forces et D pour les faiblesses.
En revanche, les lettres O et A renvoient aux aspects externes, c'est-à-dire aux opportunités et menaces du contexte.
- Analyse financière: il est toujours utile et dans certains cas décisif de connaître des indicateurs tels que le temps de retour ou la valeur actuelle nette de l'investissement.
Contrôle des liens
L'une des parties les plus importantes de tout processus de mise en œuvre est la conception des systèmes de contrôle. Ils évaluent et enregistrent, en temps réel, les résultats générés progressivement.
La mise en place d'une boucle de contrôle détecte les écarts qui se produisent lors de l'exécution de la stratégie. Par conséquent, il protège l'efficacité de l'opération.
Des mesures correctives
Un système de contrôle suffisamment robuste doit pouvoir émettre un rapport de tous les imparfaits et / ou possibilités d'amélioration qui nous éloignent des résultats souhaités.
C'est là que l'approche dynamique est nécessaire, et pouvoir changer les stratégies initiales, toujours dans l'intérêt d'atteindre le but ou l'objectif principal.
